Deposits

All bookings require a holding deposit of a minimum of 30% of the total value of your accommodation at the time of booking. No booking will be accepted or confirmed without a paid deposit. A $10.00 non-refundable booking applies to each booking. The booking fee is payable with the deposit.

Confirmation of Booking

Once your booking has been made and the deposit has been paid you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 – 48 hours (during business hours). It is important you read your confirmation email as it contains important information about your holiday.

Payment Methods

We accept payments by direct deposit, cash, cheque or eftpos/credit card. All credit card or eftpos transactions attract a minimum of a 1.36% surcharge.

Balances

If you are arriving during business hours the balance of your accommodation can be paid on arrival. If you are paying by cheque or direct deposit you must ensure cleared funds have been received by Professionals no less than 2 business days prior to your arrival. If you are arriving on a Sunday, Public Holiday or after hours the balance of your accommodation must be paid in full no less than 2 business days prior to your arrival.

Balances for all Christmas bookings are payable by the 30th November each year. Easter and School Holiday bookings may attract balances payable prior to arrival, which are subject to change each year. Please refer to your confirmation email in this case.

Check in/Arrival

Check in is between 2 pm and 5 pm Monday – Friday and between 2 pm and 3 pm on Saturdays at our office located at 2 Jacana Avenue, Woorim. Check in times may vary in peak holiday seasons. Refer to your confirmation email in this case.

After Hours Check in/Arrival

If you are not able to arrive within the specified times we do offer an afterhours check in facility. To use this facility you will need to notify our office and ensure all outstanding balances are paid.

Check out/Departure

Check out is by 10 am on the day of departure. All keys issued must be returned to the agent’s office by 10 am on the day of check out. A fee of $20 per hour will be incurred if the keys are not returned by this time.

Linen

Some properties have linen included in the tariff. If you are unsure if linen is included please contact the agent or refer to your confirmation email. Should you wish to hire linen, it is available for $22.50 for a Queen Set and $15.00 for a Single Set which includes sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats & hand towels (beach towels not included). The beds can be made up for you prior to your arrival on request, at no additional charge. All beds have mattress protectors, pillows & blankets. If you wish to bring your own linen with you, ensure you bring the following; sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats, hand towels & beach towels.

Pets

Some of the holiday houses are Pet Friendly for a small well behaved outside dog. A $50 pet fee applies if you chose to bring your dog to one of the pet friendly houses.
