Off the living space is a large covered outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ, perfect to enjoy the ocean breezes and watch the boats go by. This property is positioned in a perfect spot where you have a view over three canals so will feel as if the water views never end!
The back and front yards are fully fenced, perfect for the kids and dog to run around and play in. There is also a pontoon available for guest”s use, whether you have a boat or kayak or just want to use it to fish from.
Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms with the master bedroom sleeping a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms sleeping double beds. Each bedroom looks out over the canal and has a private access to the balcony. The master bedroom also has a great sized ensuite and the main bathroom has a vanity, shower, bath and separate toilet.
Please note: The back yard will be fenced off from the canal before guest arrival for children and pets safety!
