Yes, we provide fresh towels and linen for all guests, please bring your own beach towels.
If Wi-Fi is available, this will be displayed on the fridge and included in the Holiday Arrival Information sent the day prior to your arrival.
Please contact us immediately, and we will send someone over to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will confirm the day prior to your arrival if early check in is possible. Again, with late check out this will be confirmed the day prior to check out.
If this is within office hours, please come to our office and collect a set of keys to let yourself in, we ask that this set of keys comes back to the office.
If this is after hours, please contact us via the after-hours phone and we will gain you access, there will be a call out fee of $150 for this.
We place a hold of up to $$$ and will release this after the housekeepers have completed their clean. The amount will not physically leave your account if no damage is done.
No, however if you wish for us to organise this, there will be an additional charge.
Please collect keys from our office at 7/128 Goodwin Drive, Bongaree. If you will be arriving after hours, no need to inform us, your keys will automatically go into our after-hours key collection lock box, which you will be provided with the code 3 days prior to your arrival.
Please bring the keys back to our office at 7/128 Goodwin Drive, Bongaree where there is an express check out box to place your keys in.
Take the gas bottle to the local BP service station or Mitre10 and replace with a swap n go, bring the receipt into our office and we will reimburse you.
