The unit is situated on the top floor of a sort after complex on delightful Rickman Pde. Located directly across the lane way from the beach you really can’t get much closer to the ocean. If you are looking for a beachside get away this unit has you all but sleeping on the sand.
The unit complex is not only located two steps to the sand it is a short stroll from the centre of town which has everything you could need for a beachside break. There are shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants. Playgrounds, the patrol area of the beach and excellent walking and biking tracks. The complex also has a swimming pool, a secure lock up garage for your car and additional off-street parking for any visitors or a second car.
Inside the unit you will find an open plan living, kitchen and dining area all with views of the ocean. The kitchen is excellently equipped with everything one should need to cook a family meal, the living room has a large book shelf with plenty of books and board games to keep the family entertained as well as sofas, a TV with foxtel and a DvD player. This area flows out on to the balcony which too has ocean views as well as a view over the swimming pool. The balcony has a BBQ, table and chairs set and a small outdoor sofa.
There are three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom houses a queen size bed, walk in robe and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom and laundry are combined however the toilet is separate. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and the bathroom a large shower and vanity.
