A delightful three bedroom/ two bathroom home, with the beach only metres away. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The lounge has a flat screen TV & DVD player and comfy couches. The kitchen has all that one could need with a stove top and a large sized portable oven. There is also a four seater dining room table off the kitchen which has a large air conditioning unit that cools the entire living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, built in robe, futon and private seating area. The second bedroom has a queen bed with the third bedroom containing a queen bed and a single bed. There is an internal bathroom with separate toilet. The second bathroom is separated from the house in the laundry but it’s only a couple of steps out the back door. You are most welcome to bring your dog along with you as there is a great big fully fenced yard for it as well as for the kids to play in. You are only a very short walk away from all the cafes, clubs & shops in Woorim including the patrolled surf beach.

Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 x Double Set and $15 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.

A pre-authorised bond of $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
