This 3 bedroom house is located in ideal location in Woorim only a 2 minute walk away from the Surf Beach. The lounge room has a large flat screen TV and DVD player as well as comfortable seating. There is a dining table with seating for 6 and a well equipped kitchen complete with a coffee machine (pods can be purchased from Woolworths). The 3 bedrooms all have either ceiling fans or pedestal fans. There are 2 bathrooms including 1 ensuite, both complete with shower, toilet & vanity. There is a small balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. It is a beautiful spot to catch the afternoon breeze. This house is fully fenced and pet friendly for your small well behaved outside dog.

Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 x Double Set and $15 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.
