The stunning Pumicestone Passage sits at the end of the street which offers endless options of activities. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy all water based activities including boating, fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Along the passage front there are also a variety of cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops, picnic spots, biking and walk paths. It is a highly sort after area of the island.
This property is not only a minute’s stroll from the Passage it is also a short walk to the centre of the island and the main shopping centre. You really have everything you need for your next holiday within a few hundred metres. To top off the properties ultimate location you are also one of the closest holiday homes to the famous Sandstone Point Hotel.
The house itself has everything you need. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a complete internal laundry. The kitchen has been recently renovated and is equipped with all the essentials. There is a dining room setting for four and two comfortable sofas and a TV in the living room. The living area is air conditioned and also flows out to the deck which is sheltered by beautiful trees and is set up with seating so you can sit back, relax and listen to the water roll on to the shore.
Both bedrooms have built in robes and pedestal fans. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and vanity with a separate toilet. The laundry is equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
The car can be parked in the carport or if you like this area can be set up as an extra outdoor area with additional table and chairs and the BBQ. The yard is a great size for the kids to play and enjoy some time in the sun.
Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 per bed which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.
