This homely town house is the new charmer to the holiday letting market on Bribie Island. The property house is one street back from the prime crystal-clear waters of Woorim Beach and a short walk to the centre of town.

The property is very private and offers you your own fully fenced yard and outdoor area. The only part of the house that touches the next town house is the garage wall. Due to the setup of the property it will feel like a house more than a town house.

Set over two levels you will find the living areas and kitchen downstairs and the bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. The living room and dining room are in an open plan format. The living room is set up with air conditioning, comfortable sofas and a TV. One of the sofas pulls out into a custom-made sofa bed which is comfortable enough for two adults to share. The living room and dining room offer direct access through the front door and glass slider to one of the three covered outdoor areas, fully fenced and private front yard.

The kitchen is off the living area and is very well equipped as the property has been the owner’s family holiday rental for the past twenty years. Off the kitchen is the laundry with a washing machine and a separate toilet. From the glass slider off the kitchen you can access the second covered outdoor area which has seating and a BBQ for guest enjoyment

Up the stairs you will find two bedrooms both with access to the third outdoor area which is a lovely balcony overlooking the front of the property and shaded by the surrounding palm trees. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning and a TV. The second bedroom has a double bed and both bedrooms have built in robes. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and bath with a separate toilet.

The property has ceiling fans and glass sliding doors from every room (apart from the bathroom) to keep you cool when you are not using the air conditioning. This also offers guests the chance to just sit back and listen to the waves roll on to the shore. The property has a large secure carport perfect for a small camper or boat or even just additional storage of cars. There is also room for two cars to park tandem in the second driveway. Please note holiday guests do not have access to the garage.

This property offers you comfort and peace of mind to just bring the family including your dog have everything you will need while enjoy the best parts of Beautiful Bribie Island.

Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 x Double Set and $15 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.

Accommodates 6: 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double bed & 1 x fold out sofa bed

A $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
