This homely well-maintained town house offers you all the luxuries of a holiday house at the price of a unit. It has everything you will need to enjoy a beachside holiday. The duplex offers its guests free unlimited wifi, Foxtel including Fox Sport, Air conditioning and an excellent location with the water only a minutes’ walk from your door.

The duplex has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve a family gathering. The dining room has a table an chairs setting for four and the living room has lovely comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with Foxtel and a Dvd player. The living area has ceiling fans and is air conditioned.

Off the living room is a great sized fully fenced yard and covered entertaining area. The entertaining area has a table and chairs setting and BBQ. There is plenty of space for everyone including the dog to roam freely. The garage has been converted into a second living area with a big sofa and flat screen TV. We are also happy for you to accommodate up to two additional people in this area (you need to supply the air mattress if you wish to use this area as a third bedroom).

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in robes. The bathroom has a separate toilet, shower, bath and vanity. There are full laundry facilities for your private use and a dryer in the outdoor area. There is parking for two vehicles in the secure gated carport.

The main shopping centre of Banksia Beach is only minutes’ drive away as well as the main waterfront of Banksia Beach which offers walk tracks, parks, picnic spots and of course to beautiful waters of Bribie Island. You also have the waterfront of White Patch a minutes’ walk from your door step which is the perfect fishing and kayaking spot. Sandstone Point Hotel is a seven minutes’ drive from the property and Woorim surf beach is ten minutes’ drive away.

This delightful townhouse offers you all the homely comforts, a great location and lots of little extras.

Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 x Double Set and $15 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.

Accommodates 6: 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bed & additional two occupants can sleep in the second lounge room

A $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
