The yard is fully fenced and secure for the kids and dog to run around and enjoy however they may be too busy enjoying the large in ground swimming pool which is elegantly situated to the side of the property with outdoor seating.
Upstairs has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area complete with air conditioning. There is a flat screen TV, DVD Player and a DVD library for your enjoyment, there is also unlimited wi-fi for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine.
Both queen size bedrooms are located upstairs. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, air conditioning and built in robes. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom which has a shower, toilet & vanity.
The ground floor level of this beach house boasts a second air conditioned living area with a TV and DVD Player with seating as well as the third bedroom which is perfectly designed for children with 2 Single sets of bunk beds and a built in robe. There is a brand new bathroom with a shower, bath tub, toilet & vanity downstairs which is combined with the laundry which has a washing machine and dryer.
There is an outdoor shower as well as a remote operated double carport/garage. This property has it all for your next family beachside holiday.

A pre-authorised bond of $300 – $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
