This delightful holiday home in Banksia Beach boasts the ideal amount of indoor and outdoor living backing onto the canal. You can prepare meals and enjoy the outdoor entertaining area surrounded by gardens – all with a water view! If you would like to bring your boat there is a pontoon available for mooring (boat booking required). If you don’t have a boat why not bring the rods and fish straight off the pontoon! Located in a quiet street very close to the shops and a walk away from the beach there is not much need for the car once you arrive.
There are 2 living areas with comfortable lounges and both with flat screen TV’s and one with a DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all of the mod as well as a dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms in total accommodating 8 guests. The master bedroom looks out over the entertaining area and through to the water. The master bedroom includes air conditioning and an ensuite. The other 3 bedrooms all include ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a separate toilet, shower, bath & vanity. There is a single lock up garage as well as plenty of parking in the driveway.
No Party Policy, no guests under the age of 25 years old unless accompanied by a legal guardian e.g. a parent. Family groups only!

A pre-authorised bond of $300 – $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
