This fabulous pet and family friendly holiday home has plenty of space for everyone. The house has stylish hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms and features the perfect deck to enjoy a family meal or to just sit around and enjoy the Bribie Island vibe.
The huge kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, plenty of cupboard space and bar stools to complete the breakfast bar. The lounge room boasts two black leather couches, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV with DVD player, CD player and even an iPod dock!
The main bedroom is an excellent size with a comfortable queen sized bed and newly renovated ensuite. Bedrooms two and three house a queen size bed in one and a double bed in the other and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. These bedrooms share the use of the lovely renovated main bathroom with separate bath & shower.
The yard is fully fenced with a secure six foot fence and an excellent size with plenty of room for the kids and dog to run around in! There is an outdoor setting and BBQ for use in the backyard also! This house really is perfect for the family holiday located only 500m (approx.) to the surf beach, surf club, shops and hotel.

Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels. Doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 x Double Set and $15 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.
A $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.
A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
