This peaceful three bedroom, two bathroom unit is situated right next door to the excellent Bribie Island golf course and club. The unit is large and has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that has a good size balcony off it overlooking the golf course. The living room has large comfy leather recliners and lounge, huge flat screen TV and DVD player, air conditioning, modern kitchen with all appliances.
The main bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite and is fitted with a queen size bed. The other two bedrooms have built in robes and private access out on to the balcony with views over the gold course. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. They both share the main bathroom which has a spa bath, seperate toilet and complete laundry facilities.
You have access to the complex’s large inground swimming pool, BBQ area, mini golf and childrens play ground. It’s the perfect place to relax or entertain the kids. As the beach is a short walk from the unit and the centre of town is a ten minute walk along the beach front oe a one minutes drive.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
