This two storied townhouse offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two outdoor areas. Downstairs you will find one bathroom with a toilet, shower and vanity, one bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan and clothes storage space, the laundry with a washing machine, dryer and second fridge freezer. The is also a second living area with a sofa which has been set up with children in mind as it offers its guests a place to lay a few board games out on the ground and interact with each other. Flowing on from the downstairs living area through the glass sliders is one of undercover outdoor areas. This area has a table and chairs setting and looks over the lush grassed and garden communal area of the complex.
Upstairs you will find the open plan living, dining and kitchen area with lovely views over the communal area of the complex. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay and there are comfortable sofas surrounding the TV in the living room and a good-sized dining room table and chairs set to host a family dinner. There is also the master bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, built in robe and private access to the balcony which is set up with seating. This balcony is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy some quiet time with a book. The third bedroom is also upstairs and has two single beds, a built-in robe and pedestal fan. The second bathroom has a shower and bath combo, vanity and separate toilet.
The townhouse is large in size and offers guests easy access to many of Bribie Island favourite “to dos”. The stunning water front one street away which offers you an array of water sport activities from boating and jet skiing to swimming, fishing and paddle boarding. The IGA, Pharmacy and Serenity Cafe are a couple hundred metres from your front door. You also have the abundance of other shops, cafes, clubs, restaurants and weekend markets within 1km from the complex. So park the car in the secure carport and make your way to everything you need on foot while taking in the stunning water views.
