This property offers it’s guests a sanctuary with a touch of luxury while close to all of Bribie Islands highlights as well as under and hours drive from the bustling Brisbane city and Sunshine Coast. There is a little spot for every one to enjoy and a big spot for everyone to gather.
The property is set on one level with three living areas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, canal frontage and a swimming pool. The kitchen and living area are open plan with view over the swimming pool and canal. The kitchen is very well stoked with more than just usual the essentials you will find at a normal holiday home.
The living room off the kitchen has a pool table TV and dining room table. This area flows out to the undercover entertaining area that over looks the canal and swimming pool. The outdoor area has an out-door table and chairs setting and a BBQ. It’s a great place to enjoy a family meal or just relax soaking up the views.
The second living area has comfortable sofas and a flay screen TV. There is also a third living nook which is designed for the kids with a sofa, books, board games, Xbox, Xbox games, DVD’s and a flat screen TV.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has two single beds. There is also a single trundle bed available if you wish to sleep seven occupants.
Bedrooms two and three share the main bathroom which has a sink, toilet, shower and bath tub. The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer. The garage is stocked with kayaks and bikes for all agers to enjoy the use of while on holiday. All linen is supplied at this property. So all you need to bring is yourself, your family , your personal items and a beach/pool towel.
Pets are considered upon booking with the property owner approval.

Weekly Rates from $1300pw off peak.
Minimum 2 night stay off peak and minimum 7 night stay during the school holidays
A Booking Fee of $10.00 and a $135.00 cleaning fee applies.
A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies
A pre-authorised bond of $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
