The coastal village of Beachmere is on the calm waters of Moreton bay and is conveniently situated half way between Brisbane and the Sunshine coast, it’s the best kept secret on the coast !

Sea Cottage is a very rare ‘one of a kind’ beach cottage has a spacious 27 m of beachfront and 180 degree views across the bay from Bribie island and Redcliffe peninsula – relax in your own private piece of paradise with breathtaking sea views

Pull up a deckchair and watch the kids play on the sand beach, safely swim, kayak or paddle board at high tide in the calm, shallow water of the bay. Otherwise fish or just run around the spacious gardens.
The interior decoration of Sea Cottage is inspired by sea shells , drift wood and the wandering beachcomber. The 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom quality brick house is designed to take advantage of the outstanding sea views and the white sandy beach – but still close enough to the centre of the quaint beachside village of Beachmere, its shopping centre and its new Tavern.

The master bedroom has stunning ocean views and the room contains a comfy queen size bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV with foxtel and a ceiling fan as well as a walk in robe. The second bedroom is too lucky enough to have an ocean view as well and accommodates two king single beds with a ceiling fan. Bedroom three has a delightful queen size bed, a ceiling fan and overlooks the garden.

Bedroom four and five are on the right hand side of the house, bedroom four would be a good spot for Nan and Pop as it has queen size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a 50inch TV with full Foxtel. Bedroom five has one single bed and a ceiling fan.

The large veranda is fitted with a large 10 seater table is perfect for Al Fresco dinning and the inside 8 seater table has the same spectacular views.

Perfectly cosy for one family but just as good for two families or friends – there is more than enough room with bedrooms in two separate wings and one and a quarter acres of grounds. This unique property is set in spacious gardens with room for extra cars and boats and is only a short stroll away from the shops and restaurants .Walk along the beach or kayak to the nearby ‘Beach Shack Cafâ?? for a scrumptious breakfast or lazy lunch.

Swim, kayak, windsurf, boat , paddle board ,fish ,take a relaxing stroll or sun-bake on the white sandy beach and then either entertain family or guests under the large covered outdoor living area, or head off to the Tavern or local restaurants for a perfect end to a perfect day. At bedtime, fall asleep on a luxury beds whilst gentle waves lap the sandy shores and a thousand island lights twinkle in the distance.

  • In order to keep our prices low and thus suitable for couples escapes we have set up the reservation pricing system for three guests. There is an extra charge for more than three guests. Please request the exact number of guests on the booking form. Any additional guests even day visitors need to be approved by the property owner/managing agents before your arrival. We do not allow more than eight occupants at the property at one time this includes visitors. If you have booked to sleep eight at the property visitors will likely not be approved.

Security Deposit

To ensure a seamless and delightful experience, a pre-authorized bond of $1000 will be temporarily held on your credit card prior to check-in. Rest assured, this amount will be promptly released upon completion of a thorough inspection and approval after your departure.

Terms & Conditions

*PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY SUBJECT TO BRIBIE ISLAND REAL ESTATE TERMS & CONDITIONS. PRICING IS ALWAYS TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE MANAGING AGENT. *Please take note that visitors are not allowed. Only the number of guests you have booked for are allowed at any one time. *Dogs are welcome on request – $60 per pet per stay. SORRY NO CATS . Please note the property is not fenced but dogs are allowed on the beach and there is an off leash area down the beach and in the dog park. The beach is wonderful for dogs to run, dig, roll ,play and swim, especially at low tide with the wide expanses of sand and the pools of shallow water – your dog will love the holiday too ! *Please note this property is externally monitored by survailance cameras for security purposes and for verification of guest numbers.
