This well kept three bedroom unit is located on the beachfront of the stunning Woorim beach. It offers its guests a comfortable well located hub to enjoy the island life from. The unit is located on the first floor (no lift) and has an open plan living and dining area. Fitted with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and dining table setting. There is also a private balcony off the living room. The kitchen in well-equipped and has everything you need to cook up a family dinner.
The unit has three bedrooms all with built in robes and ceiling fans. Bedrooms one and two have queen size beds and bedroom three has two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath shower, vanity and separate toilet. There are also private laundry facilities inside the unit. Its unlikely you will need your car very often so you can park this in the single lock up garage.
The complex offers a lovely in ground swimming pool and direct access across the lane way to the stunning white sandy shores of the beach. The center of town is two minutes’ walk away and offers a variety of shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants for your enjoyment. You also have the other highlights of the island like the jetty, waterfront (pumicestone passage), butterfly house, cinema and shopping center within five minutes’ drive. You can drive to Brisbane City and the Sunshine Coast within one hour as well.

Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 x Double Set and $15 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
