The property has been internally renovated so offers its occupiers a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring what Bribie Island and its surrounding areas have to offer. The property has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area that is air conditioned. There is a flat screen TV and unlimited wifi as well as a comfortable sofa in the living room. The kitchen has a a bar fridge as well as a larger fridge freezer and the dining room table seats six. Please note this property does not have a oven however a portable electric stove top, electric fry pan and toastir maker are supplied as well as a BBQ for cooking.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds and a single trundle. In the kids bedroom there is also a small TV with a DvD player for kids to watch a movie on. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and share the use of the main bathroom. The bathroom and laundry are combined. There is a washing machine, shower, tub and separate toilet.
Off the back of the property is a cosy little deck with a BBQ and table and chairs setting. The property is not fenced but is pet friendly for a small (under 7kg) dog that can be kept inside as long as it doesn’t cause any damages and is taken out regularly to go to the bathroom. The property doesn’t have any secure undercover parking however you can park the car outside the house on the grass off the street.
This property is all about location and comfort. It offers its holiday guests a prime location and a comfortable spot to relax.
