This spacious family holiday home provides an excellent hub for everyone to come together and enjoy all that Bribie has to offer. A short stroll from your front door you will find the stunning white sands and blue waters of Woorim beach, the patrolled area for safe swimming to your left and the off leash dog beach to your right for your fur-babies. The centre of town is an easy stroll away and has plenty of shops, cafes and clubs to keep you entertained when you’re not enjoying the beach.
Inside this lovely two storied home you will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms, ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. There is also a sparkling in ground swimming pool and out door entertaining area with a table setting and BBQ for all to gather around.
On the ground level there is an open plan living and sitting area, with comfortable sofas a flat screen TV and Dvd player, table and chairs setting and a second fridge. On this level there is also a bathroom, a complete laundry with washer and dryer and two bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and the other with a double single bunk combo.
Upstairs is the main living area with a well-stocked open plan kitchen with modern appliances and walk in pantry. There is a dining area and lounge room with a TV and sofas. Another bathroom and two more bedrooms are also located upstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two single beds.
The yard is fully fenced so we are more than happy for you to bring your dog along to join in on the holiday fun as well. This home caters perfectly for a large family or two families. You have the luxuries like an in ground swimming pool and air conditioning throughout as well as the beach, parks and centre of town a short walk away.

A pre-authorised bond of $300 – $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
