The Detail
Living:
With a cavity stacker glass door that disappears into the wall, it’s hard to tell where the indoor space ends & the outdoors begins. The open plan concept here includes an indoor Lounge, dining, kitchen area which flow seamlessly on both sides to outdoor entertaining areas. Canal views & outdoor kitchen one side, pool with decks on the other. Add a bench seat right by the water, & a lower deck, perfect for morning coffees & you are spoilt for choice. Please note that the pools water feature is not accessible by guests.
Kitchen & dining:
Gourmet style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large gas cooktop & oven, bench seating, & a butler’s pantry for all that mess. The home also includes a Nespresso machine for a fabulous morning coffee..don’t forget your pods. Indoor dining table seats 8, & the outdoor setting has seating for 10.
Bedrooms:
Two en suited bedrooms at opposite ends of the house to allow two families to easily share this home with privacy for both couples.
The third & fourth bedrooms are positioned either side of a master bathroom, which features a gorgeous wet area complete with a huge soaker tub.

Media Room:
As well as boasting a 70′ Smart TV in the lounge, you’ll find a second smart TV in the media room.
This room can be completely closed off to the rest of the house, perfect for kids, footy, or date night movies.
The TV has access to Netflix, you tube streaming, or Freeview.
Pontoon:
The property has Banksia Beach marina only a short distance down the road giving you quick access to launch the boat and zip around to your private pontoon at the property. Please note there is a boat housed on the pontoon, however you have plenty of space to moor your own boat. The pontoon offers deep water access to the Pumicestone Passage and Moreton Bay. You can also fish off the pontoon, both bream & perch are commonly caught here, or explore the canals in the kayak provided.
Within a few minutes’ drive you have the centre of town which offers you multiple shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants, or a leisurely 10 minute walk and you have reached the tranquil waters of Pumicestone passage. Fishing, swimming, boating, or exploring the National forest by 4WD..Bribie Island has so much to offer.
Minimum 2 night stay off peak and minimum 7 night stay during the school holidays
Weekly rates from $1450 p.w. off peak.
A Booking Fee of $10.00 and a cleaning fee of $145.00 apply.
A pre-authorised bond of $1000 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after you vacate.
Linen Hire: $22.50 x per bed.
There is no smoking allowed in the house. Our home is suited to responsible, mature guests. We are situated in a quiet residential setting & do not allow large party groups or schoolies. We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy at any time if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
