Relax on the deck off the master bedroom or in the undercover entertaining area and look across to one of Bribie Islands highlights, Pumicestone Passage. Enjoy the fully fenced yard while you take in the breath-taking water views.

The centre of the property is the open plan living dining and kitchen area. Which feature floor to ceiling glass to capture the water views of Pumicestone passage. This area flows out on to the covered outdoor entertaining area that over looks the swimming pool. There is also a separate media room / second lounge room and a full bathroom and laundry on the ground level. The five bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom has water views, an ensuite and private balcony overlooking the water.

This part of Bribie Island is a hidden gem as the waterfront has excellent walking and bike tracks, parks and picnic stops and even a few exercising stations. A 5 minute walk will have you at the local Woolworths shopping centre with cafes and shops as well as Sues famous take away shop that was voted to have one of the best burgers in north Brisbane. Also short drive away is the Pacific Harbour Golf & Country Club.
