A short stroll from your front door you will find thestunning white sands and blue waters of Woorim beach, the patrolled area for safe swimming to your left and the off leash dog beach to your right for your fur-babies. The centre of town is an easy stroll away and has plenty of shops, cafes and clubs to keep you entertained when you’re not enjoying the beach.
Inside this lovely two storied home you will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms, ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. There is also a sparkling in ground swimming pool and out door entertaining area with a table setting and BBQ for all to gather around.
The yard is fully fenced so we are more than happy for you to bring your dog along to join in on the holiday fun as well. This home caters perfectly for a large family or two families. You have the luxuries like an in ground swimming pool and air conditioning throughout as well as the beach, parks and centre of town a short walk away.
