This 3 bedroom house is located in ideal location in Woorim only a 2 minute walk away from the Surf Beach. The lounge room has a large flat screen TV and DVD player as well as comfortable seating. There is a dining table with seating for 6 and a well equipped kitchen complete with a coffee machine (pods can be purchased from Woolworths). The 3 bedrooms all have either ceiling fans or pedestal fans.
There is a small balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. It is a beautiful spot to catch the afternoon breeze. This house is fully fenced and pet friendly for your small well behaved outside dog.
