The family room has bi-folding doors that open out to the spacious outdoor entertaining area overlooking the sparkling in ground swimming pool.The ground floor also consists of a media room perfect to cuddle up and watch a move together or if needed set it up as a fifth bedroom with the additional mattresses provided.
The house has been architecturally designed to capture the breeze by its north/east facing aspect. Environmentally designed & climate change forward thinking. The slotted windows & fans help to create fresh air. Imagine falling asleep each night to the sound of the waves!
