Living:-
The home has comfortable furnishings through- out with three separate indoor living areas to suit all the family. The open plan Kitchen, Dining room and Family room with leather lounges and 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix overlooks the pool and canal. The lounge room has a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix, a pool table at the other end plus there is a kids retreat with lounge and TV near the single bedrooms.

Kitchen & Dining:-
The kitchen is an entertainer’s delight, fully equipped with modern appliances, gas cook top, oven, microwave oven & bench seating. The large stainless steel side-by-side fridge is fitted with an ice maker and filtered chilled water. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for a relaxing morning cuppa so don’t forget to bring your pods.

The main indoor dining table seats 8 with a second dining table seating 6.

Lounge Room:
The lounge room is a great gathering place to watch movies on the 55 inch Smart TV in cosy leather lounges. You can access Netflix, Freeview tv or YouTube. A Pool Table at the other end of the room is perfect to entertain the entire family.

Alfresco & Outdoor Living:
Enjoy the beautiful canal views from the large tiled undercover alfresco area. This holiday home sits on Bribie’s largest holiday let canal block. The alfresco area is fully covered and has a large 6 burner, full stainless steel BBQ and fridge as well as 2 table settings with seating for 12+

The back yard houses the large 10 x 4 meter swimming pool. The back yard is fully fenced and secure from the swimming pool and canal. There is a big grassed area for the kids and dog to play.

If you are into fishing you’ll love the properties’ large private pontoon fitted with lighting, power, water and a fish cleaning station. This pontoon is large enough to take the biggest of trailerable boats with ease. The pontoon offers deep water access to the Pumicestone Passage and Moreton Bay. You can also fish off the pontoon.
