Smoking is not permitted within the premises, and we regretfully cannot accommodate pets. Please be advised that we uphold the right to terminate the tenancy at any time should there be any inappropriate conduct. Your understanding and cooperation contribute to creating a harmonious and enjoyable environment for all. We will only accept bookings with children over the age of 12 years of age due to safety issues with the stair case and disturbances to the tenants in the complex.
