The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a double oven and plenty of kitchenware to host a family meal. The dining room table seats eight and the lounge room has an 'L' shaped sofa and flat screen TV.
There is also a second lounge room at the front of the property which two has an 'L' shaped sofa and flat screen TV. It makes the perfect place for the kids to watch a movie or enjoy their own Tv shows. There is also unlimited internet access.
The property is a short drive from all the necessities like the shopping centre, restaurants, cafes, golf course, movie cinema, Bongaree Jetty and of course the every so beautiful Woorim beach. You will also find yourself based under an hour from Brisbane city as well as the Sunshine Coast and 45minutes from Brisbane Airport.
The property can accept additional guests over eight occupants but the request must be made before booking and approved by the property owner.
