There is a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and air conditionig in the lounge room and a table and chairs set for eight in the dining room area. The undercover outdoor area has a large table and chair set for eight people as well. The yard is fully fenced and a great place for the children to run free while giving you the peace of mind the property is secure. There is also be a huge kids outdoor playground installedwhich will be a hit for all the kids and give them hours of fun right in there very own back yard.
There is also media room/second lounge room that is the perfect kids’ area. It has a lovely comfortable sofa, large flat screen TV and air conditioning.
There is also a fully equipped laundry at the property.
You really can’t look past this property you really can not get much closer to main beach and town center if you tried. It also ticks all the boxes for family fun right under one roof.
