You will find the centre of town and the white sandy shores of Woorim beach two minutes' walk from your doorstep. There are biking and walking paths, parks, playgrounds, stationary exercise equipment, shops, cafes, clubs, and restaurants all at your fingertips.

Standing boldly from the street front The Blue Beachside Bungalow is a family friendly house with comfort in mind. A spacious air conditioned open plan living, dining and kitchen area is at the centre of the property flowing onto the elevated front deck which is the perfect spot to share a drink and a chat with your favourite people.

Bedrooms one, two and three are fitted with king size beds and bedroom four is set up for the kids with a double single bunk combo and a single bunk set.

There is one bathroom and an internal laundry with a second toilet at the property. The front deck is set up with a table and chairs setting for outside dining and there is a BBQ available for epic cooked Brekkies and Family BBQ's. There is off street parking for two cars in the driveway.

If you are looking for a family friendly property in the heart of Woorim with the beach at the end of your street and the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane city less than a hours drive
away then this is the one.

The property is pet friendly for one small dog. Please understand while the house is fully fenced there is no yard, only a very small paved area along the side of the house. We will only accept small dogs that weigh less than 15kgs. A $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.

  • 25 Winnett Street Woorim and 19 Murray Street Woorim are directly next to each other. Both are holiday rentals and can accommodate up to 20 people between the two properties. If you book both houses for the same dates under the same name a 10% discount will be applied after booking.
