This spacious open plan home offers a leading location right on the waterfront, with darling sea views and the added bonus of a swimming pool.

The main living area is surrounded with exposed beams and high ceiling with glass sliders and windows along one wall looking out to the water. The kitchen is an impressive size with an adjoining open plan dining area. Again, one wall features glass slides and windows to capture the ocean view and leads you out to the back yard and covered entertaining area. The outdoor area has a BBQ and outdoor seating so you can sit back and enjoy the most amazing sun sets.

On the ground level you will also find the two bedrooms which have private glass sliding access to outside and views over the swimming pool. There is also the main bathroom, separate toilet, and laundry. The main bedroom is located upstairs with a walk-in robe, ensuite and private balcony overlooking the ocean.
The pool is extremely private as it is secured with a large concrete fence in the front yard. There is parking in the double lock up garage as well as additional parking on the driveway.

The back yard has direct access across the road to the magnificent Pumcestone passage offering an extremely safe swimming beach as well as the perfect place for as many water sports as your heart desires. The waterfront also offers the perfect walking and biking paths, exercise stations, playgrounds and picnic spots.
