Located about 200m to the stunning main beach of Woorim and town center with a comfortable seaside vibe this house will offer its guests a great location and comfortable hub to relax and enjoy the islands features. With a large undercover entertaining area off the kitchen with seating and a small bar overlooking the swimming pool this house oozes that island ambiance and comfort.

There is an original but functional and well stocked kitchen with a large fridge and dishwasher. There is a dining room open plan to the kitchen as well. There is a separate Tv hub with a large flat smart Tv, L shaped sofa and an abundance of Dvds, books and board games. There is also a small laundry nook off to the side.

There is a second undercover outdoor area at the back of the property with additional seating that overlooks the back yard. There are a few surprises in the back yard with a veggie garden that you are welcome to help yourself to. There are also little extras like two bicycles available for your use with your booking.

Complimentary linen is thoughtfully provided as part of your booking. This encompasses all linens except for pool and beach towels, so kindly remember to bring those along for your utmost comfort.

Security Deposit

To ensure a seamless and delightful experience, a pre-authorized bond of $1000 will be temporarily held on your credit card prior to check-in. Rest assured, this amount will be promptly released upon completion of a thorough inspection and approval after your departure.
