There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with lots of comfortable seating and a pool table room. The main bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite while the other two bedrooms share the main bathroom. Up an internal set of stairs and you will find a laundry and then the ultimate rooftop entertaining area. This area offers a second lounge room of sorts as it is undercover, fitted with an assortment of seating and a TV.
The unit is very secure, and all windows can be left open to take advantage of the sea breezes. There is air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living room. You have a variety of shops and cafes directly below the unit as well as a large park and playground for the kids. The main street and patrolled beach area is one street over offering more than you could need. From restaurants, clubs, cafes, takeaway and shops everything is at your fingertips.
