The master bedroom is secluded at the front of the property with a King size bed, walk in robe and large ensuite with a soaker tub. The kitchen, living and dining area are open plan and set up for entertaining. The media room is set up like a gold class cinema with a huge screen and theater seating. Bedrooms two and three have walk in robes with queen size beds and bedroom four has a double bed. The three bedrooms share the main bathroom with a shower, bath, vanity, and separate shower.
The outdoor area is undercover and set up with a BBQ and seating for eight people. It has a server's window from the kitchen to the outdoor area for easy entertaining. The sparkling inground swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The yard is very secure with high fencing around the entire property.
The property is in an area where its not uncommon to see our local kangaroos on your front yard or parrots on in your trees. The Pacific Harbour Golf Course and Country Club is a few minutes' drive from the property, offering meals, a gym, tennis courts, a sought-after golf course and mini golf for kids (additional costs apply). Woorim Beach, Sandstone Point Hotel and The Bongaree Jetty are all under ten minutes' drive from the property with The Sunshine Coast and Brisbane City under and hours drive away.
This property offers a very comfortable, modern haven to relax and enjoy the island lifestyle.
