The comfortable beach house is 250m to the stunning Woorim beach foreshore and 400m to the town center. It offers a unique dual living holiday house perfect for two families or extended family.

Upstairs houses the main kitchen and air conditioned living area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs, via external stairs houses another living room, full kitchen with another two bedrooms and a bathroom.

There are two outdoor entertainment area one upstairs with a couch setting and another larger one downstairs with a table and chairs seating and BBQ. The yard is fully fenced and secure for you to bring your dog with you.

This property is extremely well positioned with everything you could need while on a beach holiday a few hundred meters from your front door.

  • An additional $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog
  • 25 Winnett Street Woorim and 19 Murray Street Woorim are directly next to each other. Both are holiday rentals and can accommodate up to 20 people between the two properties. If you book both houses for the same dates under the same name a 10% discount will be applied after booking.
